This conference consists of 5 keynote presentations. The morning meeting was hosted by Professor Zhang Meng from Xi 'an Jiaotong University ( national young talents ), Professor Shen Chong from North University of China ( national young talents ), Professor Chen Qiang from Zhejiang University of Technology ( national young talents ), Professor Liu Chuang from Northwest Polytechnical University ( national young talents ), Professor Liu Xinghua from Xi 'an University of Technology ( national young talents ).
